Data Deletion Instructions

If you have interacted with an Oraxis AI Solutions automated assistant, including through Facebook Messenger or the chat assistant on our website, you can request that your data be deleted at any time by following the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to va.robinvolarte@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including:
- The name or identifier associated with your conversation (e.g. your name or the Facebook profile you messaged from)
- The platform you contacted us through (e.g. Facebook Messenger, website chat, email, WhatsApp)
- Approximately when you last interacted with the assistant
What Happens Next
We will locate and permanently delete the personal data associated with your request from our systems and any connected third-party tools used to operate the assistant. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.
Timeframe
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
What Gets Deleted
This includes message history, any contact details collected during the conversation, and associated platform identifiers (such as your Page-scoped ID) held in our systems. Data we are required to retain for legal, accounting, or security purposes may be kept only as long as necessary and solely for that purpose.
If a Client's Business Holds Your Data
Some assistants and automations are built for client businesses, so your information may be held in that business's own systems, such as its CRM or inbox, rather than in ours. If your request involves one of those systems, we will pass it to the business concerned, and that business will handle deletion in its own systems. We will let you know when we have done so.
