These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any automated systems, messaging assistants, or tools operated by Oraxis AI Solutions ("Oraxis," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or interacting with our systems, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Oraxis AI Solutions is an AI automation practice that designs, builds, and supports workflow automations, AI assistants, and custom integrations for small and mid-sized businesses, including lead capture and follow-up, content, customer support, and internal operations. This website serves as a portfolio and point of contact; it is not itself a product or transactional platform.

Client Engagements

If you hire us to build or run an automation, that work is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement. It sets out the scope, timeline, pricing (for example, a one-time project fee, a monthly retainer, or a combination of both), support arrangements, and ownership of what we deliver. Where that agreement differs from these Terms, the agreement controls. These Terms apply to your use of this website and to any system we operate that you interact with.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our systems or interact with our automated assistants on your own behalf.

Use of Automated Systems

Oraxis builds and operates automated systems, including workflow automations on platforms such as n8n, GoHighLevel, and Zapier, integrations between business tools, and AI-powered features such as messaging assistants on this website and on platforms like Facebook Messenger. We design these systems with validation, safeguards, and error handling, and where appropriate we include human review or approval before sensitive actions or client-facing messages go out.

Because some systems use AI models, an output can occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Outputs are provided for operational, informational, and support purposes and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or financial advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our systems for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload our automated systems
• Submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, design, and branding, is the property of Oraxis unless otherwise noted and may not be reproduced without permission.

Reliability and Limitations

We build our systems to fail safely: with error handling and alerts so that a problem is flagged rather than silently ignored, and with testing before launch, including running alongside your existing process where that makes sense. We take reasonable care in building and supporting our work, and the support options after launch, including monthly retainers, are described in your agreement.

Our systems also depend on third-party platforms and AI models that we do not control, such as workflow tools, email and messaging providers, and model APIs. Outages, policy changes, or changes in model behavior on those platforms can affect how a system performs, so we cannot promise that any system will be uninterrupted or error-free. This site and the assistants we operate for public use are provided on an "as available" basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oraxis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any automated system we operate.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict a user's access to our automated systems if their activity violates these Terms or puts the system or other users at risk. Where reasonably possible, we will tell you why and give you a chance to correct the issue first. We may act immediately when needed to protect security or comply with the law. How a client engagement can be ended is covered in the written agreement for that engagement.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or systems after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the jurisdiction of a specific client agreement.
