Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Oraxis AI Solutions ("Oraxis," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website, contact us, or interact with any automated systems we operate, whether for ourselves or on behalf of our clients, including messaging integrations such as Facebook Messenger.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you reach out through this site, email, or WhatsApp, or when you book a meeting through our scheduling tool.
- Messaging data when you interact with an automated assistant we operate, whether on this website or on a messaging platform such as Facebook Messenger, including the content of your messages and your public profile information made available by the platform (such as your name and profile picture on Facebook Messenger).
- Usage data, such as pages visited and general interaction patterns, collected automatically through standard web technologies.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request
- Operate automated messaging and support systems on behalf of ourselves or our clients
- Improve the reliability and relevance of our automations
- Meet legal and contractual obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Messenger data for advertising purposes.
Information We Process for Clients
When we build or run automations for a client business, we may handle information that the client collects from its own leads and customers, such as contact details, CRM records, emails, text messages, and form submissions. In that role we act on the client's instructions and use the information only to deliver the service. The client remains responsible for its own privacy notices and for having a lawful basis to collect and use that information. Where a client needs tighter control of its data, we can deploy automations on self-hosted infrastructure or inside the client's own environment.
If you want to know what a business holds about you, or want it deleted, contact that business directly. You can also contact us and we will direct your request to the right business.
Third-Party Services
Our systems rely on third-party platforms and providers to operate. Depending on the project, these can include workflow and automation platforms (such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and GoHighLevel), Google Workspace tools such as Gmail and Google Sheets, social scheduling and media tools, messaging and email providers, cloud and network infrastructure, and large language model providers. These providers process data only to deliver the functionality of our systems and are bound by their own privacy and data-handling terms.
AI and Automated Processing
Some of our systems use AI models to draft or generate responses, summarize information, or sort and route leads. Content sent to those models is processed by the model provider to return a result. Where appropriate, workflows include human review or approval before anything is sent or acted on.
Facebook Messenger Integration
Where we operate a Messenger-based assistant, we access only the information Meta's Messenger Platform makes available for that purpose, such as your Page-scoped ID and the messages you send to the assistant. This data is used exclusively to respond to your messages and is not shared with unrelated third parties.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
This site uses minimal cookies and local storage, primarily set by embedded third-party tools such as our scheduling widget and web fonts, to allow those features to function. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For client projects, information is kept for the length of the engagement and as the client directs. You may request deletion of your data at any time; see our Data Deletion Instructions.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
International Data Transfers
Oraxis operates from the Philippines and primarily serves clients and their customers in the United States and other countries. By contacting us or using our automated systems, you understand that your information may be processed outside of your country of residence, including in the Philippines and in the jurisdictions where our third-party providers operate.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
